KENYA

Your Next Unforgettable Destination!
Don’t let others tell you about it; witness the drama of the wild and the warm turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean yourself
- 20.01.2025 – 29.01.2025
- 10 days - 8 nights
This fall, we’re taking you to the "best safari destination in the world," a title recognized by the World Travel Awards in 2015, officially and undeniably at the top of the pedestal! Where else but Kenya!
We start from the capital of Kenya, the city of harmonious balance between urban and natural, the vast Nairobi. Did you know Nairobi is the only city in the world with a national park within its boundaries? Just 10 kilometers from the city center, you can encounter rhinoceroses, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, antelopes, various birds, and more, all separated from the metropolis by an electric fence. In Nairobi, we visit the Giraffe Centre, where we feed and photograph these gentle creatures up close. Alongside the beautiful hotels, local spots, restaurants, and bars, you'll also see the area of extreme poverty, the largest slum in Africa and the third largest in the world, Kibera. We then continue to Mombasa, visiting Mombasa Old Town and exploring Fort Jesus, which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011. We’ll photograph and learn about the famous Mombasa Tusks, also known as Pembe Mbili (elephant tusks), and after delving into the interesting history and renowned landmarks, we head to a beach with silky white sand, warm turquoise waters, and palm-lined streets. That beach is none other than Diani Beach! We enjoy the most turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, sunbathe, ride camels on the beach, and when asked what’s good to eat, the answer is "Seafood!"
When we think of history and relaxation, we think of Lamu. Known as the African Mecca, it is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. What makes the island unique is its main mode of transport—donkeys—while the island only has 2 cars. Visiting Lamu without experiencing the breathtaking sunset is like not having been there at all. At the resort where we accommodate you, you'll feel like the only tourist and as if the entire island is just for you. Our The Majlis Resort, an exotic beachfront hotel with attractive architecture and luxury, offers panoramic views of Lamu Island and Ras Kitau Beach. The luxurious sunbeds, pools, restaurants, bars, and the very interior of the resort provide you with a "5-star experience." From Lamu, we fly to Malindi, where we visit the Vasco da Gama Pillar, erected in 1498 or 1499. This pillar is renowned as it marks the route taken by Vasco da Gama, the first person to sail from Europe to India by rounding the Cape of Good Hope.
The days of this trip will be filled with sunbathing, beach time, outdoor cinema, swimming in the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean, jet skiing, camel rides on the beach, driving buggies or ATVs (Quad Bikes) on the beach, fresh seafood, delicious desserts, wines, cocktails, beers, the famous Kilimanjaro coffee and tea, wild and unforgettable parties, discos, bars, traditional African music and dances, feeding and photographing the tallest animals on Earth, historic buildings, neighborhoods, and landmarks—pictures that look straight out of a history book. On the other hand, you’ll also experience luxury resorts, pools, and restaurants—all in one trip. We will have the opportunity to go on a safari, an experience reminiscent of scenes from "The Lion King." Indeed, Kenya's national parks served as inspiration for the majestic scenes in the iconic film.

We arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi just after midnight, at 01:40, and will transfer to our accommodation. We will pay for the previous night at the Nairobi hotel, which means we head straight to the hotel for check-in upon arrival. After breakfast, the day is set aside for exploring Nairobi. We start with a visit to the Giraffe Centre, where you’ll have the chance to meet the endangered Rothschild giraffes up close. We’ll observe these gentle animals, interact with them, feed them, pet them, and take photos. Following our time with the giraffes, we visit Kibera, the largest slum in Africa. Here, we will get a glimpse into the life of a family, learn about the history, economy, geography, and population of the area, see the railway line, and take a walk along it. We will also visit the “Empowered Women” group, which teaches women how to manage their homes, clothing, and enhance their independence. Additionally, we will tour the “Bone Centre”, where bones from cows, camels, goats, and sheep are recycled into products like toys and jewelry. For those who are willing and ready to make someone's day special, it would be wonderful if you could bring along some toys, school supplies, candies, clothes, shoes, or anything you think might bring joy to someone. All of this will help you realize and start thinking in a different way… Perhaps the essence of life really lies in the small things, and maybe it takes very little to be happy.

- Afternoon flight from Nairobi to Mombasa, with a duration of 1 hour. Upon arrival in Mombasa, transfer to the hotel and the rest of the day is reserved for free activities.

After safari drives in our safari jeeps, we will be taken to a unique hotel that guarantees a "once-in-a-lifetime experience." Imagine having elephants, zebras, and monkeys strolling under your terrace, and hearing the calls and roars of animals in the evening. Day 5: Optional excursion – Safari in Tsavo East National Park
While you relax and sip your coffee with a view of the wilderness, feeling the warm breeze and the rays of the shy sun, you create new memories in beautiful Kenya. Our drivers are ready for another adrenaline-pumping adventure through Africa's wild world. Welcome to the "theater of the wild"! The sight of elephants wallowing in the red dust, rolling around, and splashing each other with the waters of the Galana River is one of Africa’s most evocative images. Together with the Yatta Plateau, the world's longest lava flow at 300 km, they create a story unlike any other on earth. The birdlife here features 500 different species. As the lion strides proudly, the leopard lurks in a tree, the hippo peeks subtly with its eyes, and the crocodile waits patiently for its "catch of the day," it’s no wonder there is such diversity and abundance of wildlife. Tsavo, covering 13,747 square kilometers2is the largest and oldest national park in Kenya! A perfect safari day. Return to Mombasa for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Optional excursion – Mombasa Old Town and Diani Beach
On Day 6, we embark on a walking tour through Mombasa Old Town, a historic area shaped by a blend of Swahili, Arab, Asian, Portuguese, and British influences. Our visit includes the iconic Fort Jesus, a prominent landmark built in the shape of a man (viewed from the air) and a masterpiece of late Renaissance military architecture. We will also get to see the famous Mombasa Tusks (known as Pembe Mbili), which symbolize the town's historic significance. After exploring the historical attractions, we head to Diani Beach, renowned as one of the top water sports destinations in East Africa. Spanning approximately 17 kilometers, this stunning beach offers opportunities for water skiing, kayaking, surfing, paddleboarding, and snorkeling. Enjoy a unique and private experience among the beautiful and historic islands on Kenya’s northern coast, with the opportunity to explore the islands of Manda, Pate, and the village of Shela, among others. Far from crowds, hustle, fast life, and pressure, you’ll be greeted by friendly locals and countless warm welcomes. When we say relaxation, we mean The Majlis Resort! At the resort where you’ll be staying, you’ll feel like you’re the only tourists and that the whole island is just for us.
